Our Shipping Charge depends on the Product and Customer location. You would be able to see the shipping price at the check out, alternatively please contact us at email@example.com
Our handling time is 1-3 business day and the shipping usually takes 2-6 business days, however please allow it up to 10 days for the item to be delievered in case of any shipping delays that may occur.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This means we’ve received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. If your item is back-ordered or otherwise unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization charge and contact you to inform you by e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 3 business days unless noted longer on the product page), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the goods at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please supply your order number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as a description and images of the damage along with your e-mail address and phone number. Once we receive all the necessary information we will review and, depending on the damage, will arrange for a new product or replacement part to be sent out to you.
Our products are sold as they are and we will not be held responsible for any assembly costs under any circumstances. You may choose to have your product professionally assembled but in doing so you take full responsibility for any future amendments needed to be made to the structure.
Self assembly products, once assembled, are none refundable.
Cancellations & Refunds:
We have a 30 day return policy. If for some reason you're not happy with the product please contact us via email@example.com. You the customer will incur the full cost of the return postage and be credited the purchase price only. We will not refund shipping charges. Goods must be returned in original condition with all parts and accessories, in re-salable condition. You may also be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
If the product has not yet been shipped from our warehouse then we will refund both the shipping costs and the cost of goods. If the Goods have already left the warehouse then you will incur the shipping costs.
